What Is The Cause Of Sore Throat After An Operation To Help With Sleep Apnia?
my husband had an operation about 2 years ago to help with this sleep apnia. a wire was placed in this throat to move his hyoid bone forward. Yesterday he was goofing off with a friend and heard a cracking noise, now he has a sore throat in the one spot were the operation was done.

Hello read through your query and I must say that nothing to be worried. It can be due to the healing of the surgery. I suggest you to meet the doctor and check for ct scan.
