General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The tight ness of the chest may be due to the gastric hyper acidity, congestion in the lungs, cardiac pain usually not present after rest.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have an X ray, and other tests for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
