What Is The Cause Of Nostril Bleeding With Cold?

I have a cold and my left nostril started bleeding this morning and won t stop. Some large clots are coming out. I also woke up with a bad headache. Is this just a cold or should I be concerned that it is something else? Would a humidifier help? Thanks, Erin

When u sneeze a.lot due to cold the pressure generated during sneeze us tremendous . This leads to ruqpture if small capillaries leading to bleeding. Place a cold cotton piece in the nostril and life your head up facing the roof it ll provide relief. .
