What Is The Cause Of Neck Pain And Shivering?

I awoke last Friday night with with a terrible pain in my neck and was unable to move it. I was also shivering. I went to the doctor who gave me a painkiller injection and some oral painkillers to take. Yesterday I felt very unwell and felt I had a kidney infection. I did and was given antibiotics to treat it. The pain is still very severe but I am trying to give the antibiotics a chance to work. I am now concerned after reading your website that I may have had septicaemia.

Hi,
From history it seems that due to having urinary tract infection you might be having generalized body-ache, malaise, lethargy giving rise this problem.
Continue with antibiotic and pain relieving medicines.
After infection clears, you will be alright.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
