What Is The Cause Of Lower Abdominal Pain And Urgency To Urinate?
Hi, I am having severe lower abdominal pain and urgency to urinate and frequency to urinate is high for the past 2 days. I had consulted a doctor today. I have taken the urine test . My test report says pus cells 50 - 60/hpf. Epithelial cells - 1-3/hpf. Presence of Amorphous deposits and bacteria. I had 3 diluted glasses of k cit. But the symptoms persist. Seek your help.
Clinical symptoms of lower abdominal pain/urinary urgency with frequency and lab reports (high pus cells and presence of bacteria) indicate urinary tract infection.
It should be treated as soon as possible to prevent spread and damage to kidney so consult your nearby physician. It is treated by primary by antibiotics and symptomatically by analgesics. Till that time drink plenty of water to facilitate clearance of bacterias.
