dear sir I understand your concern.i would like to tell you some thing about your body metabolism when ever you starts working out your glucose levels will go up its a natural phenomenon.this glucose level is raising to feed your muscle with glucose which is burning your glucose in a accelerated fashion .its a very transient phenomenon it will give fruitful benefits in long run.as you continue doing your work out your basic metabolism will upgrade and you will burn more glucose with out help of insulin which is ultimate solution for good diabetes Controll.....regards
