What Is The Cause Of Headache?

I was treated for Urinary tract infection 3wks ago. I was placed on Tramadol, zerodol,ciprotab (oral) and gentamicine (intra Venus). I also got treated for malaria parasite. My concern now is that I keep having headaches occasionally as well as a dizzy/woozy feeling. Could this be an after effect of the drugs ?

that can be due to not proper revovery get your check up again and blood tests again because in malaria there is complaint of headache.. and gentamycin also causes headache if used for long.
