What Is The Cause Of Having A Build Up In Sinuses Leading To Discomfort?

Just about daily, I have sinus build up that gets hard and lodged in my sinuses on either side of my upper nose
area, under my eyes(it seems). It's pretty uncomfortable and I have to do some weird snorting and blowing to dislodge it and get it out. The pieces that come out are quite large and hard. It's not anything but annoying. What could possibly be the cause of this. I did break my nose 1 or a few times as a teen and my nose is noticably crooked. Could that be the cause of the sinus build-up? blocked drainage?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
A crooked nose can be a cause for blocked sinuses.
You will have to visit an ENT to confirm.
Meanwhile you can do some regular steam inhalation 5 times daily to keep the secretions thin. Thin secretions can flow out easily.
