having the urge to urinate really bad but only drips come out.I seen blood clots in my urine.Had test done but no UTI and no diseases.been having this problem for 2 months..had a caravan done 2 weeks ago but don't know the results.would like to know what could it be?

first of all tell me your age. if you are elderly male then there is a high chances of prostatic enlargement. To diagnose it you should get done Ultrasound Prostate plus post residual volume.
