What Is The Cause Of Delayed Periods?

Can u please help me
After having sex last month with my boyfrnd i.e in november 10th...i have taken unwanted 72 two times...As i get my periods every mnth in between 27 to 30 but still my periods is not coming..please help me... i m very much worried wat to do.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion do a urine pregnancy test and see for result as it can be early pregnancy.
If test is negative wait for a week for periods and in case you still don’t get them, visit a gynecologist.
this delay can be due to the effect of double dose of unwanted 72 which is a progesterone and is known to derange periods for a couple of cycles.
