Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Burning urination and sores in vagina two days after intercourse can be due to urinary tract infection. The sores can be due to injury during rough intercourse. This must be confirmed by urine tests and treatment is usually by antibiotics. Please drink lots of water and visit wash room regularly. It is advisable to get a STD test done if your problem does not improve.
