What Is The Cause Of Brown Discharge After Period?

i and my husband are trying to get pregnant. I did not get my periods in February my last periods was on 23rd of January. but i had bleeding on the 5th of march and then stopped, later again i bled on the 11th of march but it not much it is just noticeable on tissues nothing on the liners. Still i am bleeding but it is brownish in color. we am worried.

Brownish discharge or spotting could be a sign of 1.vigorous sex
2. ovulation
3. Implantation
4. an outcome of your impending periods coming in few days around.
5. Irregular cycle or missed abortion

I advice you to,
-  do serum beta HCG levels to rule out pregnancy
- Do USG pelvis to rule out any features of pregnancy or underlying pathology
- TFT & hemoglobin level
-  Diet rich in protein
- Take iron & calcium supplements.
- consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
