What Is The Cause For Painful Throat With Painful Swallowing,chills And Neck Pain?

I have a site painful throat for over a month. Symptoms peak and waiver daily. They include swollen glands, painful swallowing, chills, fatigue, neck pain, pain in right ear, headache. Tested negative for mono, Been to back to doctor several times....still not better

It seems from the history that you are having sore throat with painful swallowing chills and neck pain. All these symptoms indicate upper respiratory tract infection.
The treatment of the condition is by using oral antibiotics and oral anti-inflammatory drugs
Mononucleosis is one of the cause and many other bacteria and viruses can lead to this problem. Hence this requires evaluation and treatment accordingly.
