Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Fluid in the lungs is known as pleural effusion.
And infection is the most common cause for this.
Bacterial pneumonia and tuberculosis are common infection which produce effusion.
Your fever and cold are also due to this infection.
To decide the nature of infection whether bacterial or tubercular, you need to get done aspiration of fluid and investigations of fluid.
On the basis of this, further treatment can be planned.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
First diagnose the cause for effusion and than start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
