What Is The Cause For Fissures And White Spots On Vagina?

I had a rough sex with my boyfriend 5 days ago. 3days later I felt pain in my vagina.i checked it on the mirror it seems to be vaginal fissures, I don't feel any burning sensation when peein. I got bothersome coz I saw some white spots on it. And I don't know what to. I washed it by feminine wash with povidone. There's no presence of foul smell. I'm just scared I'm thinking of visiting an Ob Gyn to make sure it wasn't that any kind of std. I hope you could help me

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Rough ness usually don't make any thing here. It could be the infection, some where in side might be there may be present or old.
To be on safe side it is always better to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
