According to your destruction the possible causes are: - In the middle of the cycle around the period of ovulation minimal spotting mixed with vaginal discharge can be seen due to reproductive hormones fall at the time of ovulation. - Pelvic infection, local lesion slide cervical erosion or polyps, etc.
Usually discharge due to physiological changes like during ovulation will subside soon without the need of any specific treatment. Infective cause has to be treated with local and systemic antibiotics. In case of polyps removal is advised. If the discharge persists or recurs in future cycles better to get examined once. Please consult your gynecologist and get examined, by clinical examination the exact cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
