What Is The Cause And Treatment For Small Red Bumps On Shaft Of Penis?

A little history to my concerns:
About two years ago, after having unprotected sex with a single partner for about a year and a half, I had some small red bumps turn up on the shaft of my penis. They were painless and resulted in zero irritation. My doctor treated them with liquid nitrogen. This treatment worked effectively and they disappeared for two years. Recently they have come back in greater numbers (there are 8 that I have counted). They are pink and a couple are a bit darker. I have administered the vinegar test and did not see any change. My doctor wasn't sure if they were warts but said if they were they were in a very latent state. However, I have noticed one or two more come up since my last doctor's visit. I was hoping you may have some answers as to what these bumps may be and if there are any treatment options you may advise.

Bump on the penis can have several causes. Many penis lumps are harmless,non symptomatic and need no treatment.
It might be due to bad hygiene
Just take proper local care.
Otherwise it might be due to bacterial/fungal infection,hair root infection,genital wart/viral infection.
Apply local antibiotic cream to prevent infection and promote healing under guidance of your doctor.
Avoid tight under garment,avoid unprotected sex and avoid sex till get complete cure.
Go for investigations like cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs,std profile,hsv test to confirm any underlying condition.
Otherwise get examined by doctor to confirm the proper diagnosis and medical management.
