What Is The Cause And Treatment For Frequent Urination And Burning Feeling?

I am expiriencing these current symptoms:
Trouble starting stream and pressure in urination
Internal pain just below the belly button
Burning painful sensation when I urinate and lingers after for a few minutes
Frequent urination and when I'm sitting or standing I feel like I am very very slowly peeing my self but I'm not at all
A couple times when I peed some thick sperm looking stuff came out (white)
This has been going on for about a month and a half before it just came and went and was just unpleasant now I know something has to be wrong but what?

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-UTI with STD? with bulbo-urethritis with mucus discharge.
All these complaints going on for 1.5 mths with recurring presentation, need to be dealt seriously.Hidden STD may a cause of this and need to confirm with dermatologist and urologist.
LCR urine and blood would fix this dilemma in its causes, as the STD -from Chlamydia/ or Gonorrhea.
This is serious affair and needs to be treated seriously with chronic follow up.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
