What Causes Scrotum Pain And Frequent Urination With Drops Of Blood?
Suddenly, I ve started having scrotum pain with frequent urination but very lightly and recently seen small droplets of blood. Usually with the scrotum pain I usually start a valtrex treatment for three days, however, this is the first time that the frequent urination started and the slight blood droplets.

As per your history it’s may be some possibility like epididymitis, kidney stone or urinary tract infection. For confirmation of diagnosis, you need some investigation like USG lower abdomen and scrotum, urine test.
