Hi I am 22 years old, and recently I have been experiencing extrasistola, in the beginning they occurred rarely but lately I can hear the pressure on my chest very often, the feeling occures even when I am calm and relaxed, it just starts, and it happens sometimes for even 1 hour, The feeling comes, and goes but the duration of that is quite long like for one hour. I have did the EkG three times now, but luckily the episodes of Extrasistola just once have been recorded. And the doctor didn t give me any medication because he considered that was not dangerous and the heart was healthy. But I still feel these episodes very often, Last time, one episode was so strong that I thought I was having a heart attack, and I dont know maybe I panicked but I lost all of my energy and i was about to pass out. And i went to the doctor but by the time I arrived the episodes went away, I did all the blood test, lung test and EKG, and still they say that the heart is okay. I am not drinking coffee red bull but I smoke tobacco. Why was this last episode of Extrasistola the strongest one that lead me to have a panic attack as well thinking that I was having a heart attack . Any suggestions that I could use.
