What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Dear sir,
My name is Rakesh Dangol from Nepal .I have married with my wife before 10 year ago still we don' t have any baby even though we tried from 9 years ago for a baby. 7 years ago according to hospital report say my wife's both egg producing valve or tube blocked in ovary and now same hospital report declared one tube is working i.e. open to produce eggs. My Question is that how does it be possible? And is it be true or not?

I understand your query & question.
I understand from your explaination that the basic problem of blockage of one of the fallopian tube is recovered.It's a good news. In such a condition , I would advise you to get -
- Your wife's ovulation study to confirm her normal ovulation,
- Get her fallopian tube patency testing ( by HSG) done to confirm tubal patency.
- Get your semen analysis done .
You should consult a gynecologist with these reports . The problems in the reports are to be treated to start with the treatment.Followed by treatment for childbearing can be-
- Trying for natural conception by USG scan guided ovulation date.( for 6 months)
- Conception by Test tube baby ( where your sperms & your wife's mature ovum are allowed to fertilize in test tube & then transferred to your wife's uterus prepared by6 hormonal treatment.
You should adopt this method after giving a fair trial ( of 6 months) for natural pregnancy- as you have already been trying for conception since last ten years-Earliest pregnancy would be better from psychological & physiological point of view.
