What Is The Best Treatment For Lung Cancer?

hello, my Mother has kung cancer, we just find out, we took her in liaqat National Hospital in Karachi pakistan, not sure if this is the right hospital for lung cancer, but the doctor says that both chemothrepy and radiotherapy is not safe for her, since she is 72, so what is the best we can do to treat her, can we take risk any of these therapys,

Since your mother is suffering from lung cancer and if she is in stage 4 and as her age is 72 years I would suggest oral chemotherapy tablets for her if her mutation test for EGFR and ALK mutation is positive.
At her age she will not tolerate injectable chemotherapy and basic supportive care along with palliative chemotherapy should be the aim of treatment.
