Dear sir

The best time for taking blood pressure medications is at night because in patients with hypertension and diabetes there is nocturnal increase in the blood pressure due to autonomic neuropathy.

secondly by taking medicines at night we can decrease the incidences of Stroke and cardiovascular events like heart attacks in patients

If you are taking any diuRetics then you can take it in morning but routine drugs you can take that in night.

Thanks
