What Is The Best Solution To Treat Rashes And Soreness Formed On Upper Lip By Using Veet Hair Removal Cream?
Hi doctor yesterday I used veet hair removal cream for my upper lip and as soon as I applied it. It was stinging when I had removed after a couple of minutes it was red and sore and I had rash. Today I went to school I put some e45 cream on before I went to school. When I arrived to school I looked awful and I was embarrassed as my upper lip was red I covered it up with makeup it didn t last long as in the afternoon the makeup came off. When I got home my mum had bought me a cream for me it was for burns and rashes etc I have used it 3 times since 6.00pm till now,yes it has gone down but is till look stupid and ridiculous what else can I do for it to go or at least go down a but for school tommorrow?
If i was your treating doctor i would have asked you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid like fluticasone twice daily for a week.
An oral antihistamine once daily like cetrizine would help with the itch part.
take care regards
