Hello dear
Understand your concern
Abortion should be done under the guidance of gynecologist. Do not use it without doctor's prescription. Supervision is needed by doctor as it cause complication in some case. Pelvic examination and USG should be done to confirm that pregnancy is in uterus and it is less than 9 week of gestational age.Safe and effective option is 600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by misoprostol vaginally after 24-48 hour (Two tablet of 200 mcg), if no bleeding another two tablet should be put by gynecologist after 4 hour. Dose should be modified by gynecologist if no bleeding is there.
For safe practice follow up USG is required after 14 days to know the abortion process completeness. Proper rest, analgesic, healthy diet and pelvic hygiene should be maintained.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
