Dear sir/maam,I am 24 male and my wife is 21.I dont like having sex with condom and when i give my wife I-PILL or UNWANTED 72 she faces pain and problem during periods.Please suggest any medicine or injection by which i can avoid pregnancy for long duration.

protected intercourse is a good method of avoiding pregnancy. No method is 100% successful in avoiding pregnancy as all methods have their own drawbacks. I prefer you dont make your wife take any pills as this may affect her hormonal imbalance and affect her health in the long run.
