Hello dear Understand your concern. As your gf has 4 week pregnancy, Mifepristone followed by misoprostol is safe and effective treatment for medical termination of early intrauterine pregnancy. It should be done under the observation of gynecologist after proper investigation like transvaginal USG, CBC, Hb, etc. You should go any certified hospital as procedure of pill insertion is very minor (4-5 hour). By procedure Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour, additional two dose every 6 hourly under supervision of gynecologist if no bleeding occur. If following Warning signs occur, excessive bleeding ( 2 pads/hour for 2 consecutive hour), prolonged bleeding ( 7 days), dizziness, fever, foul vaginal discharge: immediately consult the gynecologist.
