Hello dear Understand your concern You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG. It should be used under health surveillance because complication occur if used under without guidance at home. Mifepristone 600 mg followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. 400 ug should be given after 4 hour if needed under supervision of gynecologist. Abortion process will complete in 4-5 days and bleeding with tissue clot and cramp will occur. You have to consult the doctor if excessive and prolonged bleeding after 7 days. Post use USG scan should be needed for safe practice to confirm incomplete abortion.
