Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

It is important to know the exact gestational age of the fetus.
Normal value of nuchal fold thickness is usually less than roughly 2.5-3.0 mm in thickness however it is maternal age dependent and needs to be matched to exact gestational age and crown rump length (CRL).
In your case it is 3.9 mm and it can being associated with a number of anomalies.

You need further investigations like amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling,
fetal echocardiography,quadruple test etc.

However there are chances that nuchal translucency is not assessed properly.
It is good that nasal bone is well visualized.
Other findings are within normal limit.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
