What Is The Abnormalities With Grade 2 Placenta?
My daughter is in China working. She is due with her second child June 28th. She just had a sonogram and the doctor told her the placenta is grade 2. How serious is this? Her first child is 7 years old. Meg is 31. She did have 2 abortions between the two pregnancies. Her urine is okay and blood pressure..

Grade 2 placenta is suggestive of maturity and is normal at 34 weeks but in case occurs before that it is suggestive of poor blood supply to the baby.
