What Is Suggested Pain Medication For Swollen Forearm?

I just want to know the right pain reliever of my forearm, it was swollen and i dont have medical insurance yet for me to go to a doctor. My job is at walmart fabrics dept and everyday i am cutting fabrics. I am left handed on cutting and handling scissors, my left forearm is the one swollen.

The problem you are having is because of your profession and medically we call it muscle fatigue.My advice for you would be-
1.Avoid continuous work and take a break after every 25-30 minutes.
2.Do ice fomentation at home and take medicine like L carnitine,vitamin D,Vitamin B12 to improve nerve and muscle health after consultation with your doctor.
3.Plenty of fluids (avoid dehydration),and do regular exercise for wrist,elbow and shoulder.
