What Is Soreness In The Right Heel Suggestive Of?

i have this soreness by my right heel. i had a similar pain in my left heel for about 6 years becasuee I had a bone spur too, which contributed to rupturing my achillies last year. there is no spur in my right heel. what could be causing the pain? sunny

The ankle pain is due to a bony spicule called spur, please wear soft-soled footwear .and calcium-rich diet along with calcium supplements can also help.
