Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Fatty liver as such is not a serious issue, it wont cause you any harm but it suggests that your Body has more cholesterol level. Just relax and kindly not panic. If you are on medications just take them as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up. You may want to eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Exercise regularly and go for regular brisk walks for an hour daily. This will burn your calories and body fat. Avoid junk and high calorie foods. Try reducing your weight. Check your Lipid profile. If it is higher, you will need medications.
Wish you Good Health.

hello,

my friend you should take it seriously.but dont worry its not so serious.if it is treated early then no problem.as u said u r non alcoholic. it appears to b due to obesity,or some drugs or infection.so treatment of fatty liver depends on what is causing it, and generally, treating the underlying cause will reverse the process of steatosis if implemented at early stage. take balanced diet. avoid fried and junk food. exercise regularly.my advice is consult a physician.he wil examine u in detail. you may go through some lab tests.accordingly medications will be given by him.but diet exercise and some breathing exercises are important . follow yhem along with medications given by ur dr.
