Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First I will suggest taking a blood analysis to be sure everything is alright. Then you need to check up your thyroid function and some hormone analyses that may cause loss of appetite.

If everything is alright with your checkup, then take a relaxing period in your everyday life because you may be just tired and need to relax. You can also use some vitamins that may help to increase your appetite.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
