I have pcod(pcos)doctor gave me Metformin and beacuse i bleeding everyday gave me jollesa kind of birth control but jollesa have 4 pink line tablets and one white line tablets now i can t pay for jollesa can i buy a cheaper one Like setlakin?but setlakin have only pink lines tablets...

Both the tablets have the same drug in the same dosage. It is just that the brand name is different. Both has same efficacy and safety profile. Hence, the brand is just a choice. Don't worry too much over that. PCOD is a very common condition and you need to bring about some lifestyle changes too to correct the hormonal imbalance. I hope you already have done the blood workups (TSH and Prolactin).

Try to maintain your BMI between 20 and 25.Even if you are not overweight regular simple exercise itself can help correct the hormonal imbalance. If you are overweight loosing a few pounds itself will regularise the cycle. Eat healthy, stay stress free and have a regular sleep pattern. Yoga can help.
