What Is A Left Basal Pneumonitis?

what is a left basal pneumonitis. we have consulted a doctor and i was given perdin tablet, rimstar 3 and there were also two other medicines which were prescribed. i have been taking it for two days now. though there was a bit of improvement in my chest pain, i wonder if i will really be recovering soon. i am asking because i have to be back at my work the soonest time possible because i am the only one working

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since tab percin and rimstar 3 is not available in India, I have to search online and found that tab percin is prulifoxacin and rimstar 3 is combination of Anti Tubercular drugs. All these are anti TB drugs. So I suggest you to clear this thing first, weather you are suffering from TB or not. As treatment for TB and pneumonitis is different. TB treatment last for atleast 6 months while simple pneumonitis needs 10-15 days treatment.
I advice you to consult pulmonologist first and clear your doubt.
