General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to pneumonia. I suggest controlling the fever with aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as acetaminophen.

Give him to drink plenty of fluids to help loosen secretions and bring up phlegm. Antibiotics may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
