What Is A Hole On The Armpit Of A Toddler Suggestive Of?
My 17 month old baby has a hole under armpit that may need to be stitched!! We dont know what happened brought him to a&e and we presumed he fell however what is worrying me now is that he never cried like he hurt himself and it doesn t hurt him at all and he had it a day or 2. Before we noticed it!! Could it be something else apart from a fall??

Without being able to see what I am presuming is a puncture wound, I can't really address what might have caused it. A fall usually does not cause a puncture wound unless a person falls onto something. I would pose this question to the doctor who saw it.
