sir ,my four month old baby have generalied hypotonia and did mri ,mri says asymmetry of cerebral hemisphere.prominent peri cerebral space on left side.suggesting mild volume loss on left hemisphere.?normal variation , need follow up...what it indicate

Baby's MRI findings suggests mild difference in both cerebral hemispheres.
There is mild atrophic changes in left cerebral hemisphere,it is indicated by prominent peri cerebral space in left side.Mild difference in left side may be due to normal developmental variation.This condition need follow up MRI.It is important to seen further progression of lesions.
