Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have gone through your question and understand the concerns. Do not worry. Any toxic mold ingestion can cause food intolerance or gastrointestinal infection but it won't lead to chronic illness or neonatal complications. Your baby will be fine if no associated perinatal complications associated with diabetes or prematurity.

Hopefully it will be of help. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Verma
