Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cytotec is misoprostol which is known to cause several congenital anomalies in the fetus like paralysis of various cranial nerves, and cleft lip and palate, if taken in early pregnancy. I would suggest you to get a detailed anomaly ultrasound done at 18-20 weeks pregnancy to detect any major anomaly, if present and further management should be done accordingly.
