Hi Dhanalakshmi,

Welcome to HCM.
First of all, heartiest congratulations for conceiving.
Pregnancy is a natural process and is best left alone with minimum interference. Follow your doctors advise and stop worrying and have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, that every thing is going to be just fine and that you are going to be blessed with a healthy chubby child.
Anxiety has a negative impact. Eat whatever you feel like eating. Include fresh green vegetables, seasonal fruits and a glass of milk in your diet.
Wishing you all the best.
