What Does Vaginal Pink Discharge Signify?
I had an early medical abortion at 6 weeks gestation 5 and a half weeks ago. All went as planned and I bleed for a week at the time, like a usual period.
This week I have had intermittent pink discharge and very mild twinges. Does this sound like my first period post abortion?

Yes. I think that this can be your first period post abortion. But still, I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 5 days to avoid secondary infection.
