What Does Vaginal Blood In Stool Indicate?

Hi I m a 44 yr old female. I had a bowel movement with pain in my left side, when I stood up it noticed blood in toilet and it was coming from my vagina. I ve still got a stinging kind of pain in left side. I m about 5 or 6 days away from period. Is it anything to worry about.
