OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Positive pregnancy test means that you are pregnant. Bleeding in pregnancy can be due to abortion, ectopic pregnancy or subchorionic hemorrhage.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can be properly examined and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
