What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

my right ovary is modaratly enlarged in size 9 39.7 mm* 25.9 mm*36.7mm) and volume-19.7 cc and shape, containing multiple anechoic cystic structures seen in cortex of the ovary.and left ovary is enlarged in size(54.4 mm*22.0mm*41.4mm) and volume-25.9 cc and shape, containg multiple anechoic cystic structures seen in cortex of the ovary.what type of problem will be for this result.

Hello

Your findings may suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease).
PCOD is indicated by increased ovarian size,increased stromal echogenesity,multiple small cysts arranged in periphery.
Your findings need further evaluation.PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation,biochemical confirmation,USG correlation.
Most of the cases of PCOD is managed conservatively.
Surgical intervention is required in few cases only.
You should consult gynecologist for proper evaluation.
