What Does This Uterus Report Indicate?

Ok. How bad is this report? Benign endocerival tissue negative for dysplasia, scant fragments of hyper plastic endometrium with atypia and predominantly lytic endometrium and blood. Abundant endometrium predominantly simple with scattered complex hyperplasia and specimen as well. Hysterectomy take care of this ?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

As the reports are suggesting atypia with hyperplasia, hysterectomy will be sufficient treatment for your condition.
Although this is a benign condition, it needs close attention.
You can very well go ahead with hysterectomy.

I will also suggest you to opt a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly. Thai will help to keep you healthy in the future.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
