What Does This Urine Test Results Indicate?

hi doc! iam 24 years old female. yesterday got urine examination and i have got the result. physical examination
appearance- normal, specific gravity - 1.010, color-pale yellow, reaction-pH 6, chemical examination -- albumin-
nil, bile pigments-nil, bile salts- nil, blood-nil, sugar-nil,ketone-nil, leucocytes-nil. microscopic examination-pus cells- 2-3/hpf , red blood cells -nil, epithelial cells 4-6/hpf, amorphous deposite- nil casts -nil , mucus-nil, crystal- nil. kindly explain i am worried of my pus cells ,epithelial cells and specific gravity

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Pus cells are present and are increased. You need to be treated for urinary tract infection.
2. Epithelial cells are due to regular cycle of mucosa. Its presence if normal.
3. Specific gravity is within the normal range.
4. Urine culture and sensitivity is necessary for treatment purpose.
