Suggest Medication To Cure Sinus Infection Along With Shortness Of Breath

I ve had a cough since Oct following a sinus infection. Had 3 courses of antiboitics. Chest CT is normal. Bloos test show CRP 1.6 White blood cells 12.7 Platelets 431 absolute neutrophilis 7.87 absolute lymphocytes 3.74 absolute monocytes .85 ast 48 alt 76 sed 27 Have used inhaler and flonase with no relief. feet swell and turn purple at times. Shortness of breath on exertion. Joint pain. I am tired of test and coming up with nothing. Blood tests have been high for months. I am 41, female, 280, 5 4 Thanks any ideas are appreciated

Hello,

It may be due to nasal congestion due to chronic sinusitis

For that continue steam inhalation.

Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.

You may require antibiotics after ENT consultation.

Keep your self hydrated
