Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:

The physical characters- color, pH, specific gravity are within normal limits.
The cloudy appearance occurs in infection and presence of amorphous phosphates.
The chemical parameters- glucose, proteins, ketone bodies, urobilinogen are absent.
Absence of these substances is a normal finding.

Microscopy suggests presence of plenty of white blood cells, red blood cells and epithelial cells.
Presence of white blood cells suggests presence of infection.
Presence of bacteria further potentiates the presence of infection.
Presence of red blood cells in urine suggests bleeding at some site in the urinary tract or some disease process in the kidney.
A colony count of 40,000 CFU/ml suggests presence of pathogenic bacteria in urine sample.

You need to consult your primary health provider with the report for prescription of antibiotic for the infection.
The urinary tract and the kidneys have to be assessed for presence of any lesion or disease responsible for red blood cells in urine.

Thanks and take care
